SHIPPING INFORMATION
We believe in fast and safe shipping, to make your online experience a pleasant one. Firstly, some generic shipping conditions:
All orders will be dispatched within 1 working days of order receipt
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed within the next working day
All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable
PRE SALE orders require full payment at time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page
Delivery time is an estimate only and Banana Hammock is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery
DELIVERY WITHIN NZ
FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $100 via NZ Post Track and Trace Services
Orders placed before 3pm NZST will be shipped same business day
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery
Areas within NZ will cost $6
Use the code SHIPME at checkout when spending over $100 to recieve the free shipping.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE NZ
We send globally via DHL Express, all delivery locations take 3-5 business days for delivery
Shipping rates are detailed as below:
Australia: $20 for orders up to $100. Free shipping for orders over $100. Use the code SHIPME at checkout when spending over $100 to recieve the free shipping.
Rest of the world: $45 for all orders
TAXES & DUTIES
Banana Hammock shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
RETURNS POLICY
We believe in a fair and open returns policy, as we understand online shopping can be convenient and want to make it easy.
Returns for refund are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
REQUESTING AN EASY RETURN
Please email info@bananahammock.co.nz to begin your return request. Please Include your order number and reason for return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Return postage will be at the buyers expense unless the items received are with our 'Faulty Refund' Guidelines. In this case, Banana Hammock will incur postage.
The return will be accepted where:
A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
Original proof of purchase packed with the item
The items are in original condition and not worn, damaged, stained or washed
All original packaging, tags and labels are fully intact
We would prefer a tracked registered postal service, as we do not consider the goods 'Returned' until they have been safely received. Banana Hammock is not liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.
EXCHANGE
You may return and exchange your items, within 14 days, for a different size (subject to availability). Also, if for whatever reason the purchase is not what you expected, we are happy for you to return the item and you will be issued with a refund of the order value, excluding shipping.
No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty
Any promotions mentioning 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchange, refund or return, unless faulty
FAULTY REFUND GUIDLINES
You are eligible for a full refund, within 14 days, including return shipping upon confirmation of garments being faulty. What defines faulty?

Delivered items differ from ordered items
Clear defects or damage
All fault confirmation are based on Banana Hammock's assessment once returned. Return shipping costs can be refunded for up to $10 for domestic shipping and $25 for international shipping.
Please ensure to follow care label instructions, as failing to do so could result in damage to the items which is not covered by our Returns Policy.
